Southern Columbia Football/Cheerleading Boosters

The Southern Columbia Football/Cheerleading Boosters is an association of parents and fans that works to raise funds and provide support for the Tiger Football and Cheerleading programs above what the school can make available. The Boosters provide this assistance to help the coaches, players and cheerleaders maintain the high level of achievement Southern Columbia is known for statewide.

Examples include:

  • Video capture and editing system for game film and player highlight tapes

  • New pre-game flags and run-thru banner

  • Meals for players and cheerleaders prior to away games

  • Funds for team meals and travel expenses during playoffs

  • Decorations around the school and stadium plus supplies for cheerleaders to decorate player lockers

  • Annual banquet and awards and recognition for academic and athletic achievement during the season

The Boosters can only accomplish these things with the help and assistance of area businesses and the Southern Columbia community. Our major fund-raisers include:

  • Tiger discount cards

  • “Meet the Tiger” held prior to the season

  • Concession Stand plus 50/50 and Game Ball raffles on game nights

  • Game Program ads and sales

  • Gun Raffle (March or April)

Booster meeting are open to parents and fans who are interested in helping the programs and are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7pm in the High School Library. If you'd like to get in touch with the Boosters, our contact information is:
